Data controller

Your personal data is processed by A4 Grup, in its capacity as data controller, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), within the scope described below.

Data processed and purpose

We process the full name, email address, phone number, company name and request message you provide when submitting a quote request.

This data is used solely to evaluate your request, prepare a price quote for you, communicate with you about the quote process and, should the request become an order, carry out the contract and delivery processes.

For the security of your request, your IP address and browser information at the time of submission are recorded.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with the data controller’s legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Transfer

For the purpose of carrying out the quote and order process, your data is shared, to a limited extent, with our email and SMS service providers, our hosting provider and, at the delivery stage, shipping companies.

It is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

After your request is concluded, your data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to request its correction, deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation for any damage arising from unlawful processing.
