Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Most products can be ordered from 50 pieces; submit a quote request for exact details.
Why aren’t prices shown on the website?
The price of a promotional product depends on the quantity, print method, number of colors and delivery time. That is why we prepare a price specifically for you.
What format should I send my logo in?
A vector format is preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). A high-resolution PNG is also sufficient for most printing.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5–15 business days, depending on the print method and quantity. We also offer expedited production for urgent jobs.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. We can send an unprinted sample before you order; contact our sales team for details.
